The ladybug detail is created by hand carvers who apply traditional European methods. The result is functional furniture that parents can feel confident is safe - but that is fun for baby!

This beautiful piece is created from chestnut wood. This unique material has hardwood characteristics with a soft pattern found in woods such as oak, pine and ash. As result it shows the hand carved figurines in a very natural way. It is then sealed with a special non-toxic matte finish that protects these characteristics of the chestnut wood.

Crib Features:

- Constructed of chestnut-wood solids and M.D.F for a safe and solid crib that won't warp over time

- The distance between the slats is 2-3/6" to ensure that baby's body can not slip through

- Inside measurements adhere to the US Code of Federal Regulations (16 CFR 1508)

- Convenient one-handed drop side system is designed to be operated even while holding the baby

- All edges and corners are smooth and hand rubbed so there are no rough edges

- Large storage drawer underneath to store extra bedding

- The mattress support can be used in three positions which are bolted with metal brackets to the corner posts to ensure safety

- All surfaces are protected by long-lasting non-toxic paint that is safe for baby's health and fade resistant

- Available in handpainted blue only
